Filmmakers worldwide can submit films to this festival.
The Catharsis Film Company will host the Catharsis International Film Festival Dec. 10 to 20, 2021 in several Russian cities, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Penza, Vladimir, Novosibirsk, Pskov, Vladivostok and more.
The festival has 11 competitive categories, including documentaries, short films and human rights films.
Winners will be awarded trophies, diplomas and prizes.
The participating fee costs US$3 to US$11.
The early-bird deadline is Jan. 25, 2021.
