Journalists from several developing countries can apply for a scholarship to attend media courses.
The Radio Nederland Training Centre (RNTC), sponsored by the Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP), offers scholarships for its online classes.
Courses include "Media campaigns for development and social change," "Producing media to counter disinformation," "Media campaigns for advocacy" and "Public interest journalism."
Applicants must be nationals of one of the following countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Colombia, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Iraq,Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories,Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan,Suriname, Tanzania, Tunisia,Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen and Zambia.
The deadline is Dec. 29.
