Live chats focus on journalism research [Brazil]

The Brazilian Society for Interdisciplinary Communication Studies (Intercom, in Portuguese) is organizing the series Lives Cátedra Intercom at 6 p.m. BRT on Tuesdays and Thursdays between May 5 and July 7.

The initiative aims to provide a space for learning and dialogue for researchers, students and communication professionals during the pandemic.

The discussions will focus on issues such as "Fake news, social media and religions," "Radio during the COVID-19 crisis," "A (re)invention of TV journalism in times of pandemic" and more.

Those who sign up and participate in at least 14 chats will receive a certificate.

Registration is free and ongoing. The chats are also available on Intercom channels on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
