Journalists across the MENA region who focus on human rights issues and religious freedom are invited to apply for this training.

The Internews Network, in partnership with Maharat Foundation and Samir Kassir Foundation, is accepting applications for a training program that will take place in the summer of 2020.

The program is designed to promote a culture of respect for religious diversity in MENA countries by improving the quality, quantity and dissemination of objective reporting on religious freedom.

Participants must be able to commit to multiple workshops, ongoing mentoring and reporting and writing assignments scheduled over 12 months. The main language of the training will be Arabic.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the training will not take place in person. The organizers will announce more details.

The deadline is April 20.
