Local groups can apply for funds to organize an open data event.
The Open Knowledge Foundation is offering 60 mini-grants of US$200 to US$300 for the Open Data Day 2020, which will take place March 7 around the world.
The program aims to help events that will cover one of the following tracks: environmental data, tracking public money flows, open mapping or data for equal development.
As well as sponsoring the program, among others, Datopian will be providing technical support on Open Data Day 2020.
The deadline is Feb. 9.
