Media makers focusing on the effects of climate change can apply for a grant.
The Fledgling Fund will select three to four projects to receive an outreach and engagement grant ranging from US$15,000 to US$25,000.
Possible projects include short-form and long-form documentary films as well as others forms of non-fiction storytelling. Projects should be well positioned to make an impact quickly and engage audiences around climate change through the lens of public health and economic justice.
Applicants must have a 501c3 fiscal sponsor based in the United States. Priority will be given to projects that seek to reach a U.S. audience and focus on American communities.
The deadline is Oct. 1.
