Investigative journalism conference open [Latin America]

Journalists and other interested media professionals are invited to register for this event.

Instituto Prensa y Sociedad (IPYS) and Transparency International organize the Latin American Conference on Investigative Journalism (COLPIN), which brings together more than 300 reporters from Latin America and the Caribbean. The event will take place Nov. 7 to 10 in Mexico City.

The program will feature veteran media professionals who will share their experience and challenges as investigative journalists in the region, as well as their techniques and recommendations. Last year's best Latin American journalism works will be presented and discussed by their authors.

Registration costs US$125 for professionals and US$100 for students.

Registration is ongoing, but spots are limited.
