Journalists fluent in Portuguese and English can apply for this position in Brazil.

The Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) is looking for a part-time, freelance, Brazil/Latin America tech correspondent.

The correspondent will independently research, report and document attacks on the press in Brazil, with a particular focus on the intersection of technology and press freedom in Latin America.

Candidates must have knowledge of press freedom, human rights and technology in Brazil and Latin America in general; demonstrated research, reporting, and writing skills; and a strong network of contacts.  

The deadline is May 31.
