The UAM/El País School of Journalism is hosting a gastronomic journalism workshop on March 5 and 6.
Participants will explore the growing prominence of gastronomy and gastronomic journalism, write about a restaurant using key elements of gastronomic reporting, and examine platforms and tools to work as journalists in the field.
The workshop fee is EUR95 (US$99).
The deadline to register is Feb. 26.
