Graduates holding a bachelor’s degree or higher, earned within the past 10 years, with at least one year of professional experience in media or journalism—including internships, volunteer work, or voluntary service—and proficiency in French at C1 or C2 level, are invited to apply.

DW Akademie and the Ecole publique de journalisme de Tours are accepting applications for the second cohort of the Francophone Master's Program in International Journalism (MFJI).

The program is primarily aimed at media professionals from French-speaking partner countries involved in German development cooperation in North and West Africa, including Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Benin, and Côte d'Ivoire. Preference will be given to candidates who are permanent residents of these countries.

The program provides a scholarship for selected students.

The application deadline is Feb. 20, 2025.
