Journalists covering disasters and the environment can attend this webinar series.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is organizing a three-part series of webinars to introduce Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and its applications from Nov. 6 to 20.
The webinars will also provide a review of the characteristics of historical, current and upcoming openly available SAR satellite data and explore the type of applications that each sensor can best address. Participants will also learn about online sources of openly available SAR data, along with tools, software and other resources to understand, explore and facilitate the analysis of SAR data.
Each of the three two-hour parts will include Q&A sessions.
This training is also available in Spanish.
