UNLEASH is seeking candidates for UNLEASH Amazon, an innovation lab seeking to solve some of the most critical challenges faced by the Brazilian Amazon.
Selected participants will get together in Manaus, Oct. 14-19, to find solutions for issues like environmental accountability and land rights; economic development and the bio-economy; waste on land and in water; and health and sanitation, and more.
Candidates must be ages 18-35 and be based in the Legal Amazon region (states of Amazonas, Acre, Rondônia, Roraima, Pará, Maranhão, Amapá, Tocantins and Mato Grosso). No specific educational or professional background is required.
The application deadline is Aug. 7.
