Journalists reporting on the social role of transport in Latin America and the Caribbean can compete for this prize.
The International Transport Forum (ITF) is seeking entries for its ITF Transport and Mobility Journalism Award in Latin America. The prize honors reporting that addresses the role of transport in the economic development, environmental sustainability and social inclusion in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Journalists can submit stories in Spanish, Portuguese or English in any media format published between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
The winner will receive the prize at the 2024 ITF Summit, in Germany, and get to present their report during the world's largest gathering of transport ministers.
The registration deadline is Dec. 31.
