Malagasy political journalists can apply.
As part of its "Governance, Peace and Stability" project, the Indian Ocean Commission is hosting a training course for 25 Malagasy journalists on covering the electoral process in Madagascar in order to improve the quality of media coverage of this sector.
"Governance, Peace and Stability" is a project funded by the French Development Agency (AFD). The course will be held in Antananarivo from Sept. 26 to 28.
