Journalists working for U.S. media outlets who are interested in global sexual and reproductive health issues are eligible for a fellowship in Thailand.
The United Nations Foundation’s Universal Access Project is hosting a press fellowship to the 2022 International Conference on Family Planning in Thailand. The fellowship focuses on sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice (SRHRJ).
Selected journalists will have direct access to leading global experts, UN leaders, policymakers, researchers, advocates, and young people working to make SRHRJ a reality for all. The fellowship will also include exclusive briefings and local site visits to hear first-hand from health workers and the community members they serve.
The conference will take place in Pattaya City, Thailand Nov. 14 to 17.
The fellowship covers travel and lodging costs for the duration of the conference.
The deadline is Aug. 19.
