Latin American newsroom managers, as well as journalists living in Spain and working on Latin American issues can apply for this opportunity.
The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) is launching a new edition of the Douglas Tweedale Fellowship. The program will focus on artificial intelligence in journalism, and will allow journalists in the region to enhance their skills and gain practical knowledge to utilize AI tools within their own newsrooms.
The program will kick off with a webinar on AI's role in the newsroom. Webinar participants will then have the chance to apply for an in-person study tour and newsroom attachment in the United States for three weeks. Two fellows will be selected.
The deadline is July 1.
