A United Nations-sponsored online resource that connects journalists with prominent experts has been relaunched with improvements and an expanded database of experts.

Global Experts -- formerly the "Global Expert Finder" (GEF) -- now includes more content, including weekly articles on international issues and crises. The expanded network features analysts from prominent international news organizations including CNN, the Boston Globe, BBC, the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Deutsche Welle, AFP and the National (UAE).

With support from the UN Alliance of Civilizations, Global Experts enables experienced commentators to give interviews, provide quotes and share their views with media professionals.
