Journalists from all media who want to improve their skills in environmental reporting can apply for a weeklong workshop in Rhode Island.

The Metcalf Institute is accepting applications for the Annual Science Immersion Workshop for Journalists, focusing on "A Matter of Degree: How 2o Celsius is Changing the World."

The workshop will take place at the University of Rhode Island's Graduate School of Oceanography from  June 7 to 12, 2020.
