Online conference on journalism in the African diaspora [Worldwide]

Journalists can attend this virtual conference.

Rede JP, the Brazilian network of Black journalists, is hosting its Second International Conference of Journalists in the African Diaspora. 

Journalists from different parts of the world will be discussing the interrelations of religion, politics and human rights; politics and human rights in journalism; new forms of journalism such as solutions journalism, environmental journalism and plural journalism; and the increasing attacks on women journalists, especially in the electoral cycle.

The conference will be livestreamed on Nov. 19 to 20 on YouTube. Special guests will be able to attend the conference in-person, in São Paulo, Brazil.

The registration deadline is Nov. 19.
