Print and broadcast journalists from developing and transitioning countries can apply for fellowships to attend an online investigative journalism conference.
The Global Investigative Journalist Network (GIJN) is offering fellowships to a limited number of journalists to attend the 2021 Global Investigative Journalism Conference, Nov. 1 to 5.
Fellows will get free admission for the full duration of the conference, plus access to watch the conference videos on demand after the event is over.
Experience in investigative or data journalism is a plus. Selected participants must have a working knowledge of English, with the ability to understand panel discussions and workshop talks.
The application deadline is Aug. 17.
