Filmmakers from around the world are invited to submit their work to this film festival.
The Baikal International Film Festival "People and Environment," founded by the Russian Filmmakers’ Union, will take place Sept. 22 to 26 in Irkutsk, Russia.
The festival accepts entries on the relationship between humans and nature and includes categories for international documentary and popular science films.
Entries must be full-length or short films created not earlier than 2020.
Entries not in English must include English subtitles.
The winners will receive cash prizes, trophies and diplomas. The grand prix winner will receive RUB200,000 (US$ 2,339)
Participation is free.
The deadline is April 15.
