The International Women's Media Foundation (IWMF) is seeking nominations for its Courage in Journalism Award and Lifetime Achievement Award. Public policy fellowship at Harvard University

Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government is accepting applications for the Joan Shorenstein Center Fellowship in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Environmental journalism contest

The Society of Environmental Journalists (SEJ) is accepting submissions for its annual recognition of excellence in environmental reporting. The iPhone Photography Awards (IPPAWARDS) is an annual competition recognizing iPhone photography. Photographers can submit their photos taken on an iPhone or iPad to 18 different categories. Winners will receive an upcoming Apple product. Learn more here.

DW Akademie is accepting applications for its International Media Studies program (IMS) in Bonn, Germany. Students who successfully complete the four-semester program will be awarded a master of arts degree.
