Climate Tracker offers mentoring on climate journalism [Latin America]

Journalists from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela, with at least one year of professional experience and proven interest in environmental issues, may apply for this program in Spanish.

Climate Tracker opens a new call for applications for its Climate Journalism Mentorship Program. For three months, eight journalists will benefit from group learning sessions, personalized mentoring and funding of US$750 to produce three stories on the impact of the climate crisis in the region, with special emphasis on fair energy transition in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Selected applicants will experiment with new techniques, formats and platforms to tell their stories. They will also have networking opportunities.
