Experienced journalists across the MENA region can apply for this remote position.

The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) is looking for a researcher-reporter to develop an Arabic-language toolkit of expert resources and evidence-based case studies pulled from the IJNet Arabic Mentoring Center for media startups in the Middle East and North Africa, now in its seventh year.

The consultant will be tasked with producing engaging, evergreen resources, covering topics such as business plans and models, fundraising, management, site design, audience engagement and long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate should have a background in data analysis and journalism, and must be fluent in both Arabic and English.

The consultancy is expected to begin in November and will last approximately four months.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
