Journalists and others interested in accessing public information can participate in this online course.
Painel Jornalismo de Dados will offer a course on Brazil's Access to Information Law, with a focus on municipalities, starting on July 7.
Participants will learn the basics about the law, how to request public information and how to check whether the law is being enforced in their cities.
The course will be available on Moodle and can be completed in two to three hours.
