Journalists, bloggers and activists, among others, can apply for this contest.
Switch is the Prague Civil Society Centre’s grant scheme for tech solutions to social issues across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The scheme aims to give functioning civic tech initiatives the boost they need to scale-up and reach the next level.
Winners will have the chance to pitch to different funders in Prague to receive financial support of up to EUR8,000 per project. The organizers will provide strategic feedback, connect winners with activists and campaigners from across the region, and suggest events, workshops and match-making sessions to attend.
Projects should be designed to run over a 12-month period.
The deadline to apply is Dec. 30.
