Posted on Jul 31, 2019 发表在 Specialized Topics

Anyone age 18 and older can enter this competition.

The African Road Safety Observatory's #Roads4Life Storytelling Contest, organized by the Africa Transport Policy Program (SSATP), aims to identify those who are working to make Africa’s roads safer.

The contest is open to written stories, comic strips and short videos. Entries must be in English or French.

Possible topics include innovations for road safety, such as data-driven interventions that are working to improve road safety in African communities; personal stories of taking a stand to address day-to-day road safety issues; and road safety leadership in countries and communities.

The winners will attend the SSATP’s Annual General Meeting in November, where they will share their experience and advocate for change in front of Africa’s top transport leaders and decision-makers.

The deadline is Aug. 31.
