Journalists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and Russia can apply for a seven-month fellowship.
Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) accepts applications for the 2025 Vaclav Havel Journalism Fellowship. The program will take place Jan. 1 to July 30, 2025.
The fellowship provides reporters from across Eastern Europe the opportunity to work six months at RFE/RL's headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic and one month at a local RFE/RL bureau.
Fellows receive a living stipend, housing, insurance and travel to and from Prague.
The application process will start May 1; the deadline is June 1.
