Posted on Dec 13, 2018 发表在 Investigative Journalism

Spanish-speaking journalists can submit their story proposals to this contest.

Venezuelan investigative site Armando Investiga calls for entries to the second edition of its Reporting Projects Contest.

Projects must uncover a story of public interest that is absent from the agenda of local or international media, or that addresses a novel side of a topic or case that is already installed in that agenda; use investigative journalism techniques; involve more than one country and focus on one of these categories: corruption, organized crime, human rights or the environment.

Stories must be produced and concluded within four months.

Selected proposals will receive a stipend for reporting expenses and, eventually, professional fees. They will also receive mentorship and will be published on Armando.info.

The deadline is Jan. 31, 2019.
