DW Akademie is seeking applications for the training program "Change the playing field – Resilient against disinformation," funded by GIZ. The program aims to empower civil society organizations in Syria, as well as local journalists, to identify and combat disinformation.
This course follows a blended online learning format, combining structured live sessions with flexible, self-paced study. Participants will engage in guided online activities and discussions, while also working independently through course materials at their own pace.
Successful candidates must be based in Syria and have experience in media, communications or civil society initiatives. They should demonstrate both the willingness and the ability to actively participate in training sessions and to share the knowledge gained with colleagues and their communities.
