Hybrid conference discusses the state of journalism [Brazil]

Journalists, journalism students and anyone interested can attend this hybrid conference.

The Brazilian Press Association (ABI), in partnership with the Communications School at the State University of Rio de Janeiro, is hosting its First National Journalism Conference, Mar. 27-31, in celebration ABI's 115th anniversary.

The conference will bring together journalists and scholars to discuss contemporary journalism in Brazil from different points of view.

The program will address topics such as teaching journalism in higher education, digital platforms, independent media, and many more.

Participants can attend the conference in person, at ABI headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, or via YouTube.

Registration is free and ongoing.
