Print journalists with stories published in U.S. newspapers and magazines can compete for US$10,000.

The Nieman Foundation at Harvard University is accepting entries for the Taylor Family Award for Fairness in Journalism. The purpose of the annual award is to encourage fairness in news coverage by American journalists and news organizations.

Entries may be a single story, a photograph, an editorial or a commentary; a series of stories, photographs, editorials or commentaries; or a body of work by an individual journalist.

All submissions must have been published in 2022. Submissions published on a U.S. newspaper or magazine’s website are also accepted.

The deadline for submissions is Jan. 20, 2023.
