Aspiring journalism researchers can apply for a postgraduate degree in Florianópolis.
The Graduate Program in Journalism at the Federal University of Santa Catarina offers up to 15 spots in its master's and up to 11 spots in its doctoral studies in journalism.
This year, half of the spots are intended to four groups: non-whites (black, brown, quilombolas and Indigenous people), people with disabilities, transgender people, and refugees.
The selection is carried out in three stages: evaluation of projects and resumes, written test and interview.
The program is free and open to the public.
The deadline is March 12.
