Science journalists can submit their proposals for reporting projects about climate change.

The European Federation for Science Journalism, in partnership with CFJ Paris and the BNP Paribas Foundation, has launched the EFSJ Climate Grant.

This investigative grant seeks to support journalistic projects about climate change science that have not yet been published.

Journalists can apply alone or as a team, with at least one member being based in Europe. Transnational teams are encouraged to apply, especially those that include African journalists or are connected in some way to Africa.

One to three projects will receive grants up to a total of EUR12,000. One of the winners will be selected for the NextJournalism Prize, which includes a three-day international learning expedition as well as one masterclass and workshop in Paris with the CFJ.

The deadline is June 29.
