Journalists residing in Mexico, Colombia and Cuba can apply for this training.
Cosecha Roja is organizing an online course for journalists to encourage the production of quality stories about state violence using new digital formats.
The training will begin on Nov. 18 and will last eight months. Selected journalists will attend online seminars on gender and institutional violence and will participate in workshops on digital narratives, breaking news, podcasting and video.
Participants will also travel to a meeting in Buenos Aires, with all expenses covered. Journalists in Cuba will receive financial support to secure their internet connection.
The deadline is Oct. 13.
