Proyecto Desconfío and Fundación Gabo have made available for download the guide "Disinformation in the age of AI: Journalism to build trust." The document compiles the main testimonies, tools and conclusions from the 2024 edition of the Summit on Disinformation.
The guide is organized into six sections: "Disinformation and artificial intelligence: From the information dump to building trust"; "Initiatives to combat misinformation with journalism (and without magic formulas)"; "Democracy under fire: Unraveling electoral misinformation"; "Games and academia in the fight against misinformation"; and "Funding to investigate misinformation." Some of the experts cited include Julia Angwin, Lukas Görög, Ana Paula Valacco and Luz Mely Reyes.
