Global Press offers Reporting Certificate in Narrative Change Techniques [Africa]

Women and nonbinary journalists in Africa, 18 and older, can apply to participate in an online program.

Global Press Journal is offering its Reporting Certificate in Narrative Change Techniques. Participants will learn how to apply the four narrative change techniques (regarding sourcing, risk, accuracy and precision) to their storytelling.

During the four-week program, participants will produce a story from idea to final draft by applying the narrative change techniques.

Participants who complete the program will receive US$200 and a certificate of completion. At the start of the program, participants will receive a US$200 communications and internet stipend.

The program runs from April 15 to May 10.
