Women and nonbinary journalists can apply for reporting grants.
The International Women's Media Foundation (IWMF) is offering the Reproductive Rights Reporting Fund to support reporting focused on reproductive rights in Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States. Strong preference will be given to multimedia teams from Argentina, Brazil and the Dominican Republic, as well as transnational reporting teams focusing on opposition to reproductive rights groups and their link to groups in the U.S.
Grants will vary depending on the need, scope and location of the project. Funds may be used to cover travel, logistics, security and other project expenses. The resulting work may be in English or Spanish.
The deadline is Aug. 12.
