Chicas Poderosas is looking for a program manager whose role will be to co-create, co-lead and coordinate all the programs and projects of the organization.
Responsibilities include designing strategies, planning and managing the implementation of Chicas Poderosas programs in a way that aligns with its code of conduct, mission and values.
Candidates must have training in program management and work experience in social issues, especially gender and diversities in Latin America,
Priority will be given to candidates who identify as women or LGBTTQI+ and come from and live in Latin America.
The salary is US$2,000 for this full-time position.
