Publicado em Jun 15, 2020 em Specialized Topics

Journalists interested in investigating police misconduct can apply for this reporting grant.

The Fund for Investigative Journalism (FIJ) has launched the Emergency Rolling Grant for U.S. Journalists Covering Police Misconduct.

The program encourages proposals written for ethnic media or journalists of color on the impact of police misconduct on U.S. ethnic communities.

Projects should cover stories on police misconduct that break new ground and expose wrongdoing—such as corruption, malfeasance, or abuse of power—in the public and private sectors.

Grants will average US$5,000.
