Civil society organizations legally registered in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine can apply for funding for their projects.

The Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation (BST) has launched a call for project proposals. The purpose of the call is to help limit the coronavirus crisis and counter its negative impact on society, good governance, democracy, rule of law and access to free media.

The projects' thematic areas include good governance as well as accountability of state actors and countering fake news, especially those related to the coronavirus.

The involvement of additional partners, especially those from new EU members is possible and welcomed.

Proposals should be under US$25,000. Management costs and administrative costs are cumulatively limited to 25 percent of the overall award.

Proposals will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
