Publishers and media professionals with two to 10 years of experience can participate in this program.
Stars4Media is an exchange and training program for young media professionals developed by VUB University, Fondation EURACTIV, WAN-IFRA and the European Federation of Journalists, and co-funded by the European Union.
The program seeks to accelerate innovation and cross-border cooperation. Media outlets will grow their network; test ideas, develop new products and new business models; and develop and motivate their staff.
Candidates must send a proposal on one of three topics: journalism, trust and participation; media technology and marketing; or other innovations.
Selected media professionals will work with other European media for four months and receive grants.
There are two deadlines: May 1 and July 1.
