Course covers communication strategies for crisis situations [Latin America]

The University of Guadalajara's Centro de Formación en Periodismo Digital will offer a course on public communication strategies for crisis situations Feb. 12 to March 16, 2024.

The course will cover strategies, procedures and general recommendations for handling and dealing with crisis situations that may arise during the communication of matters of public interest. Participants will learn to identify a communications crisis, address its causes and develop a plan to solve it.

The cost is MXN2,400 (US$130).

The registration deadline is Feb. 2, 2024.
