Course focuses on migration and trafficking [Cambodia]

Journalists with at least three years of professional experience in Cambodia can apply for this free training.

The Thomson Reuters Foundation is offering the course on migration and trafficking Feb. 18 to 22 in Phnom Penh.

The course aims to help journalists gain practical skills and work on their story ideas with guidance from experienced Thomson Reuters journalists.

Applicants must be full-time journalists or regular contributors to broadcast media organizations in Cambodia and must be able to demonstrate a commitment to a career in journalism in their country, in addition to having a good level in spoken and written English.

Participants from outside Phnom Penh can receive travel and accommodations.

The deadline is Jan. 28.
