Georgian media organizations can apply for funding.
The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tbilisi announced a call for proposals for the Local Transition Projects (LTP) to support non-governmental organizations that promote human rights and democracy.
Areas for project proposals include support for civil society, including human rights defenders; freedom of expression, including the media; free access to information; equality and non-discrimination; and more.
The overall project budget is within CZK100,000 – CZK500,000 (US$4,312 – US$2,156). Beneficiary's co-financing in the project is desirable.
Implementation of the project activities is March 2024 – October 2024.
The deadline is Oct. 20.
