Early-career science, technology and health journalists can apply for this program.
The EurekAlert! Fellowships for International Science Reporters will enable journalists to cover a future in-person AAAS Annual Meeting ― since this year's event will be virtual.
Candidates must have five years or less of experience as a professional science reporter or freelancer
based in China, India, the Balkan region, Central and South America or Arab-majority states in the Middle East. They must also meet EurekAlert!'s reporter and freelancer eligibility criteria.
Fellows receive travel and accommodations to attend the conference.
The deadline is March 16.
