Professional and amateur photographers can enter this contest.
The Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) hosts an international competition that features the best in environmental photography.
The competition includes the Environmental Photographer of the Year 2019, Young Environmental Photographer of the Year 2019 (under 21), Changing Environments Prize, Sustainable Cities Prize, Climate Action and Energy Prize, and Water, Equality and Security Prize.
The prizes consist of GBP2,000 (US$2,600) for the Environmental Photographer of the Year, photo equipment for the Young Environmental Photographer of the Year and GBP500 (US$650) for the remaining winners.
Photographs must have been completed since Jan. 1, 2018.
The deadline is June 30.
