Poynter hosts course on audio storytelling [Worldwide]

Journalists who want to improve their audio storytelling skills can take this course.

Poynter's News University offers the self-directed, online course "Writing for the ear."

The training is divided into five modules: introduction to audio stories; picking and pitching stories; writing the story; revising the story; and voicing and special topics.

The instructor is Dan Grech, founder of the MarketHack digital marketing training program at the Idea Center at Miami Dade College.

The course is free and can be taken at any time.
