African filmmakers can apply for a travel grant of up to GBP2,500 (US$3,250).
The Royal African Society, in partnership with the British Council, is accepting applications for the Film Africa Travel Grants 2019-2020.
The grants aim to enable African filmmakers to present their work in the United Kingdom, develop new contact networks and reach new audiences.
Flmmakers must be between ages 18 and 35 working in short form film, virtual reality, immersive storytelling experiences or installations.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
