National Press Foundation hosts workshop on cancer coverage [US]

Journalists interested in health journalism can apply for this training.

The National Press Foundation (NPF) is organizing the workshop, "What's new in cancer coverage," which will take place March 2 to 4 in Washington.

Participants will explore cancer-related topics, including prevention, targeted therapies, the latest research, health disparities, data, AI/technology developments, survivorship and more.

NPF will cover travel, lodging and most meals during the three-day program. 

The deadline is Jan. 24.
